This is it! This business has been 30 years in the making and now presents a unique and rare
opportunity. Unprecedented like no other, all the groundwork has been done and nothing left to do

The business now operates primarily as the supply site for landscaping product via the processing of
the stockpile of rock, gravel, sand and clay by filtering it down through a screening process, that in its
simplicity, separates the earth and rock through its saleable sizes from 20mm rubble right up to
400+mm stone of Decorative rock which is unique to this site. This process ends with the final end
product of Gold, generating an average of 0.1gm gold per tonne, this comes from the dirt separated
from the rock.
The Gold is just the cream on top from the by-product of an ever-growing demand for exclusive
landscape supplies with contracts already seen fulfilled to the likes Noosa Shire council for the
beautification of the world-famous Hastings Street and many other majority distributers in the
specialised building and landscaping community in the expansive greater southeast Queensland. At
this site there will be many future opportunities from where these contracts came from as there is an
estimated stock pile of product in excess of 100,000m3 (approx. 300,000t) just sitting on site, literally
just piles of money ready to be sorted and sold through its product range.
Currently, Prophet Mining also known as Coast to Coast Stone Supplies is a modest and literally a
"one man" operation that over the past 30 tightly held years has supported this family through life
comfortably, but always limited only by the manpower of its sole working operator.
There is also a current Development Approval (DA133) in place defined for the Extractive Industry
(Crushing and Blasting) and an EA (Environmental Authority, fully approved), allowing 100,000tonnes
per annum to be blasted and crushed, allowing development of the slippery basalt resource native the
freehold land. This is separate to the Mining Lease (ML50034 which is imported material). This will see
an additional source of income to the already successful Prophet Gold Mine and Coast to Coast Stone
Supplies.
